PURPOSE OF PROCESSING DATA
Floors Taal & Tekst processes your personal data for the following purposes: to provide quotations, to enter into and execute agreements, for administrative purposes, to manage payments and to contact you if necessary to be able to carry out assignments.
I also process personal data when I am legally required to do so, for the purpose of filling in my tax return, for example.
RETENTION PERIOD
I will store your personal data for as long as our business relationship continues, but at least for as long as I am legally required to do so. Should you declare you no longer wish to make use of my services, I will destroy your data, unless I am prohibited by law to do so or unless I need your data for a legal procedure.

You can ask me at any given time which of your data I collected, or request that your data be corrected or deleted. I will reply to your request as soon as possible – usually the same day or the next day, with the exception of weekends, holidays, sick days or other days where I am not at work.

If you ask me to delete your data, I will no longer be able to carry out assignments for you. The date on which I actually delete your data, depends on any legal requirements. For example, if I carried out work for you, but have yet to declare this work in my tax return, or if the tax return of the year in which I carried out the assignment is not final yet, I am legally obligated to store your data until that time. However, in the meantime I will no longer process your data, other than for this specific purpose.
